Shipping Policy:

All orders ship out from All Terrain’s warehouse in 2 business days once the order is processed. All Terrain® ships with standard UPS. Below shipping rates and method are only for USA.

Return & Replacement Policy:

All Terrain® stands 100% behind the quality of its products. If you are dissatisfied with your All Terrain® product, you may return it to us for replacement or a refund using the process below. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us by emailing info@allterrainco.com. If you purchased the product from a retail store, it may be easier for you to return the product to them for credit. However, if the store won’t accept your return, you may return the product directly to All Terrain®.

Damaged Items or Misshipments:

If you order directly from All Terrain®: When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately by emailing info@allterrainco.com Please provide the invoice number, your email address, delivery address and phone number for fastest service. Also, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier If you're returning the product because we made an error in the shipment, please contact us by emailing us at info@allterrainco.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
